Dear Fleet Captain's,

Thank you all for your feedback regarding potentially delaying the mid week start times until the Cherry Street Bridge is back in service. After reviewing all the feedback we have decided not to delay the first warning signal (from 6:24 pm). As PRO for mid week races we will monitor each evening and if it is felt that there has been undue delay I will use my best judgement and postpone the race until everyone is on the water to a maximum of 15 minutes. This will allow us some flexibility without (hopefully) negatively impacting on the race time and length.

Having said that we will monitor the situation each week and adjust as necessary.

Sincerely,

Michael J Milner
Director of Sailing & Sports
RCYC

The International IRC Owners Association - Lake Ontario Fleet would like to encourage all of our owners and crew to participate in this survey currently being conducted by LORC.

As the IRC fleet on Lake Ontario makes up a substantial percentage of the participation at LORC sanctioned events we would like to learn more about our owners and crew. Filling out this survey will help us strive to serve you better in the future. By telling us what you most desire in a regional racing schedule it will allow us to format events and series so that they are most attractive to you and your crew.
