INSTRUCTIONS:
User Name: first initial+last name+member# (i.e. if your name is John Smith, member number s123, then your username would be jsmiths123)
Password: member number (i.e. s123). If you are a new member or if your login does not work, please contact RCYC and we will assign you a new password (the new password must be 7 characters as a result of updates that took place April 1, 2008).
Please ensure that you use all lowercase characters,
*no spaces & *no punctuation for both your username and password.
