Junior Club
The Junior Club has two programs: Racing and Learn-to-Sail. The teaching curricula for both programmes uses the standards established by the Canadian Yachting Association. Although both programmes are equally challenging, it is the interest and skill level of the child that determines which programme he or she might like to try.

Benefits
Long lasting friendships develop over the years as young sailors spend their summer days discovering life on the water. Participants also take organized trips to sailing clubs all over Canada and the United States. All members of RCYC Youth Sailing Programmes have the opportunity to experience the sport of sailing in safe, fun-filled and challenging environments. While competitive excellence in sailing is recognized and encouraged, the fundamental objective of the programme remains - to introduce you to the great sport of sailing! Also if your junior clubber stays until they are 16 years old they will get a free 4 month membership and 5% discount off the entrance fee up to a maximum of 30%!
